This picture was of a favorite television character of mine. I used it because it really looks like it belongs in a puzzle. The after image is slightly stretched because the first image wasn’t long enough to fit the puzzle but, it was only by an inch or two so it didn’t change the images quality enough to hurt it.
This is an image of two side characters from a game I enjoy. I used this image because the two characters facing different directions gave me a chance to use the puzzle effect on both sides of the image. Though the puzzle edge isn’t completely clear because of the images light colors, it still car out looking pretty nice.
This is an image in a shape obviously. I used this one because not only is it from my favorite game, but because it is a very popular image for the game. Both characters in this image are basically the main characters, the goddess and her messenger. The puzzle shape was used because it almost fight their bodies in this image.
This is an “I-pod” like Silhouette of a character from a game I play a lot. I chose her because the wings looks really interesting in a dual silhouette style picture. This image took three layers instead of two because I had to change the wings and body separately to make it look more complete.
This is an image where I blurred the background. I used this image because it is from a favorite game of mine, Mabinogi and the background was very detailed. I chose the area around the girl cat and boy to keep normal because they were already the focus of the image so I just made them pop out even more.
These images show a cut out background. I chose this image because the overall image looked really nice and it was an interesting piece. I also chose this image because the ropes on the woman’s back gave me a challenge in trying to clear them out all piece by piece and getting around the cables.
